Who We Are
We are firstly software people. We have spent many years in numerous industries designing solutions to make peoples and jobs lives easier. From large corporations to small business owners, we treat our customers as partners and work to understand their needs.
We are also lucky enough to own a holiday home in Spain, a place we both love and consider our second home. This is where HolidayRentPro started, initially a small project to manage our properties from an owner point of view, it quickly grew and shifted focus to that of property managers.
We have developed HolidayRentPro in collaboration with our own management agents, who’s input has been invaluable in shaping its current features.

If you manage multiple properties, HolidayRentPro makes it easy to oversee them all from a single dashboard. You can view and manage bookings, guest communication, and maintenance tasks for all your properties, streamlining your operations. You can apply different rates and settings to each property as well as specify the services you provide for them.
Booking Control
From start to finish, manage the complete booking lifecycle, including import and export from booking platforms, automated multi-language emails, payment reminders and sending of arrival instructions. Set customised rental rates.
Finance Management
Owner costs are automatically calculated based on contracted rates, and booking revenue can be attributed to the owner account. Generate statements for your owners and reconcile payments with easily visible account balances.
Manage credit control easily, with email reminders for payments and notifications for overdue owner statements.
Owner Area
For property managers who work on behalf of property owners, HolidayRentPro includes a dedicated owner portal. This allows owners to view their property's performance, track bookings, and access financial reports, providing them with transparency and peace of mind. They can also add bookings and block out periods, thus preventing the need for constant double keying of information.
Integrations
Integration with the Spanish ses hospedajes system allows seamless collection and upload of booking and guest details. No re-keying of booking data is required.
Pull bookings from any iCal source, such as the large booking platforms.
Bookings can be exported in iCal format via an API.
Payment Facilities
Automatically trigger payment request emails for booking deposits and final payments. Using our payment partner integration takes the hassle of collecting payments, from both guests and owners. They can simply click the email link and make card payments.
